Błażejewko has been associated with sports and active recreation for years. Since the early 1970s, the center has played an important role as a venue for camps, sports training sessions, and meetings, especially for the football community.

One of the most famous moments in our history was the event named by fans: “The Miracle in Błażejewko.” It is related to the stay of Lech Poznań football players at a training camp in autumn 1976. It was here, during a difficult period after a series of defeats that pushed the team to the bottom of the table, that “Kolejorz” rebuilt its form and sporting spirit. As a result, they unexpectedly maintained their league status and in the following season, already transformed, qualified for European cups for the first time and permanently joined the top clubs in Poland.

On the grounds of the center, there are two natural monuments: the pedunculate oak “Błażej”, estimated to be around 400 years old, and the small-leaved linden “Dorotka”, estimated to be about 200 years old. These trees are a natural symbol of the history and continuity of this place.

Over the years, many players who today achieve success on the international stage have trained on the Błażejewko pitches. Today, Błażejewko Resort returns to its sporting roots, combining tradition with modern infrastructure and new energy.
